Waist Beads: Please allow 5–7 business days for your custom waist beads to be handcrafted before shipment.
All Other Products: Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Aishiteru is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Aishiteru is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
